The Movement – Omega Caliber 3330

However, the movement features also Omega’s “Si 14” silicon balance spring. This spring contributes to the movements of outstanding resistance to shock and to environmental disturbances. Moreover, it contributes also to the watch’s chronometer performance. COSC-certified Omega Caliber 3330 automatic chronograph movement. It also possesses a column-wheel mechanism coupled with a Co-Axial Escapement, and also a silicon balance spring. Furthermore, this movement presents also another feature like the now-standard Co-Axial Escapement which contributes to greater precision, stability and also durability. More important for this watch, the Co-Axial escapement produces less friction and also reduces the necessity of lubrication, thus reducing the time required between servicing.
