8. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
8.1 Majordor delivers Goods worldwide as may be requested by the Customer, except the countries which are under embargo conditions and/or the forwarder will not deliver them.
8.2 Subject to sub-clause 8.6, the Goods shall be delivered to such place as is agreed between the Customer and Majordor prior to Delivery of the Goods.
8.3 The date for delivery of the Goods or performance of the Services shall be as specified in the Order, or such other date as may be agreed between the parties in writing or, in the absence of an agreed date, in a timely manner to meet the Customer’s requirements.
8.4 Time for delivery of Goods and performance of Services shall be of the essence.
8.5 Orders shall only be dispatched following receipt of full payment. Majordor shall send the Customer an email notification once the Order has been dispatched.
8.6 For the Customer’s security first-time Orders can only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which Majordor is able to verify independently. Returning Customers may have the Goods delivered to a different address from their own.
8.7 Delivery shall not be made in the event of a Force Majeure Event as described in clause 12. Force Majeure
8.8 Upon Delivery, before signing for item(s), the Customer is advised to inspect the Goods. In the unlikely event that the Goods have arrived in a condition that the Customer deems unsatisfactory, then the Customer should refuse acceptance of Delivery and notify Majordor immediately.

Majordor offers free Standard 3 to 4 business days delivery shipping on all watch orders. Please note – due to the nature and value of the products we sell ALL packages will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, we are not able to ship packages without requiring an adult signature. Expedited deliveries such as “Next Business Day” and “2nd (second) Business Day” deliveries are also available at an additional cost.

Our preferred method of shipping is via FedEx. Of course, that alternate shipping options and methods are available upon request. All packages shipped via Majordor are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
Although more forwarders does not insure watches above $500. So all our packages are covered by an independent 3rd party insurance company for full amount insurance.
All packages are shipped with an “Adult Signature” requirement prior to release by the Forwarder driver.
Before signing please inspect the package to ensure it has not been tampered with or damaged.
Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases of high-end luxury items such as watches and jewelry, Majordor prefers to ship all watches to the billing address.
However, we recognize the necessity for customers to have the option of shipping the package to an alternate address.
If you choose to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, we will require that an “alternate shipping address” be added to file with your credit card company.
This is a very routine and simple process which should take only a few minutes.
- Call your bank customer service telephone number; the telephone number is on the back of your credit card (usually toll-free).
- Ask the customer service representative to add an “Alternate Shipping Address to File” and give the representative the address you’d like to have us ship the watch to.
This security procedure benefits and protects both the consumer and Majordor LLC from potential fraudulent orders. This procedure tells us that the cardholder has authorized Majordor LLC to ship the watch to an address other than the billing address.
As Majordor LLC is located in NY State, we are required by law to collect sales tax on all deliveries within the state of New York. The sales tax rate will be calculated by your local sales tax rate. Majordor does not collect sales tax on orders shipping anywhere outside of New York State.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will be charged a flat fee of $75.00 and are usually delivered within two to three business days from shipping.
At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, as the forwarders we are working with do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We are pleased to inform you that we do deliver to APO/FPO Military Addresses. Delivery is via US Mail with a charge of $45, this fee covers delivery and insurance expenses for purchases up to $5000. Orders exceeding $5000 will be given a custom quote prior to us processing the order. Please note: Due to Military Handling times we cannot ensure or estimate transit/delivery times.
On some boxes or shipments with multiple items that are large and heavy, we may need to adjust the pricing for shipping. If such is the case on an order you placed we will notify you before we charge your card or request payment. A custom-shipping-quote will be provided once we determined the delivery location and all costs involved.

9. International Shipping
Our preferred method of shipping is via DHL and FedEx Priority International. We are also able to ship via Express Mail Air Post. All packages are shipped in a well-secured box. All watches shipped are insured for the full value which covers against loss, theft or damage in transit.

Prices quoted and billed by Majordor do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or such charges. Majordor will charge you for the actual watch and shipping charges only. All other charges (such as taxes, duties, and V.A.T.) are the sole responsibility of the customer to be paid when the watch clears customs in your country. Usually, these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Customs Authority.
All quoted prices and actual charges are in US Dollars. Prices can vary according to the currency exchange rates and may be different than in the store. Please check up your country’s currencies for delivery.
10. WARRANTY
All goods sold through Majordor will be warranted by a limited warranty of merchantability.
The warranty provided is for the term advertised for each individual item at the time of sale.
For watches, within the warranty term, there will be repairs of the movement of the timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
The battery will be replaced with any battery-operated timepiece purchased from Majordor free of charge for the duration of ownership of the original purchaser.
The timepiece must be in our possession prior to warranty expiration regardless of the date the malfunction/defect occurred or was reported.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by, but not limited to: impacts, vibrations, magnetic fields, moisture infiltration, water damage, or batteries; nor does it cover straps, bracelets, bezels, buckles, pins, finishes, cases, dials, hands, crowns / crown assemblies, buttons or crystals.
The warranty does not cover overhauls, movement maintenance, scratches, accidents, misuse or return shipping fees.
Any damages incurred which are caused by an attempted repair and/or service by an unqualified jeweler and/or facility will render the warranty null and void.
Mechanical (automatic and manual winding) and Quartz (battery operated) watches will require an overhaul if not keeping time within predefined parameters.
Calibration of watches prior to the requirement of an overhaul may be required on some timepieces.
The only acceptable forms of payment for repair costs or shipping fees are check, money order, or bank wire transfer ($25 fee applies for acceptance of payment via bank wire transfer).
Standard and Silver warranties are transferable from the original purchaser for retail sales ($30 warranty transfer fee applies).
Lifetime warranties (Gold & Platinum) are non-transferable.
Gifts must be specified at the time of purchase so that the warranty card can reflect the correct name of the gift recipient.
Warranty service will not be performed without a valid warranty card.
Majordor.com will not be held responsible for any items left in our possession for over one year.
We will reimburse the buyer for the equivalent of ground shipping costs, for up to $15 as priced at www.usps.com, in the event the timepiece proves to be defective within one month of purchase.
Majordor does not reimburse for any convenience fees or charges on work performed by parties other than majordor.com.
Any timepiece purchased through majordor.com can be sent into us for service after the expiration of the term of the warranty, and an estimate for required service(s) will be provided to the client.
Extended warranties may be purchased on most watches.
Warranty extensions are not refundable.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
The foregoing is the entire term of the warranty, and no other warranties are included, nor shall be construed to have been implied.
All wholesale orders are sold as a final sale and are not returnable for any reason. Wholesale orders do not include any warranty coverage, and will not be sent any form of the warranty card.
10.4 International Warranty
Our warranty on watches shipped internationally is generally the same as the Warranty for US customers.
We do understand that the time and expense involved in return delivery to the US can be a great inconvenience.
For watches that are covered by the normal warranty in most cases we will accommodate the customers as follows: In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your watch we will mail you the manufacturers international warranty card stamped by the original authorized dealer, and this card will allow you to access the local repair centers for warranty service. We will include clear instructions on the return process to your local authorized agent.
Under very few and extreme circumstances we will require the watch to return the US for warranty service. This will be the customer’s responsibility to return the watch. Return shipping to the customer will be paid by Majordor.
11. INSURANCE
All Goods are insured up to the value of €50,000 for the period that the Goods are in transit until effective Delivery has been made. The signature shall be required for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the relevant Goods passes to the Customer. If the Customer has specified a recipient who is not them for Delivery purposes the Customer agrees that evidence of a signature by that recipient (or at the delivery address of the recipient) is evidence of Delivery and Fulfillment by Majordor and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
12. Force Majeure
Majordor shall not be liable for delays and damages caused by cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure.
Force majeure conditions include all circumstances beyond Majordor’s control which Majordor could not have reasonably anticipated and whose consequences Majordor could not have reasonably avoided or overcome.
Force majeure conditions include but are not restricted to: natural disaster, war, civil war, insurrections, strikes, fires, floods, earthquakes, labor disputes, epidemics, governmental regulations and/or similar acts, freight embargoes, unforeseeable operating, traffic or shipment disturbances, unforeseeable lack of labor forces, energy, raw materials or auxiliary materials.
Strikes, lockouts, boycotts, and other labor disputes are considered force majeure even when Majordor itself is the target of or a participant of said actions.
Force majeure conditions affecting a subcontractor hired by Majordor shall also be grounds for the absolution of the Majordor’s liability.
In the event that the Force Majeure extends for a period of three (3) consecutive months (or in the event that the delay is reasonably expected by Majordor to extend for a period of three (3) consecutive months), Majordor shall be entitled to cancel all or any part of the Agreement without any liability of Majordor towards Buyer.
13. FEES FOR OTHER SERVICES
12.1 In certain limited circumstances Majordor may place an Order on behalf of a Customer at the Customer’s request and subsequently make the relevant payment on their behalf. In such circumstances, the Customer shall provide credit or debit card details to Majordor promptly upon request and expressly authorize Majordor to deduct a sum equal to the value of the Order within 30 days of the payment date.
The Customer acknowledges that an administration fee will be added to all orders placed by Majordor on behalf of the Client, calculated as a percentage of the value of the Order and notified in advance to the Customer.
12.2 The Majordor’s Personal Shopping Service Administration Fee is charged between 3 to 7% of the total value of the Order plus Taxes which is non-refundable. The Customer shall be invoiced before the service has to be provided.
